At GPS GEMS, we specialize in high-value, natural gemstones and fine jewelry. We maintain strict quality control and transparency to ensure you receive exactly what you see.

1. No Returns on Gemstones (Final Sale)

All loose gemstones are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

By purchasing from GPS GEMS, you acknowledge that:

  • Every stone is final sale

  • We guarantee that the exact same gemstone shown (photos/videos) will be delivered

  • No returns will be accepted based on personal preference after delivery

2. Our Assurance

We are committed to complete transparency:

  • You will receive the exact stone shown in our images/videos

  • All gemstones are accurately represented to the best of our ability

  • We provide clear details on color, size, and quality

Due to the natural nature of gemstones, slight visual differences may occur under different lighting conditions.

3. Jewelry Returns (Eligible)

For finished jewelry pieces only, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and certificates

⚠️ Custom-made or bespoke jewelry pieces are non-refundable

 

4. Return Approval Process (Jewelry Only)

To request a return:

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos of the item

All returns must be approved before shipping.

5. Refunds (Jewelry Only)

  • Approved returns will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Shipping fees and transaction charges are non-refundable

6. Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be returned via:

    • Fully insured

    • Trackable shipping

GPS GEMS is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged piece:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo/video proof

We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
